(cross-posted to both lists i sought help on) well, as the subject says, i managed to solve the problem i wrote about yesterday with getting random numbers in the tt2 output after a good night's sleep.
i woke up, sat down to my computer, and thought about the hyphen thing some more. i came accross another webpage that used hyphens in the hashref, and it dawned on me that not only were hyphens being used in the actual content in the hashref, but *also* the keys themselves. then it made sense to me that tt2 may be trying to do a math calulation thing when it saw the hyphens in my directives: [% email-to-jabber.full %] and [% bazaar-subscribe.short %], for example. so i then went through all my files, and removed the hyphens, just sqeezing the words together instead. it now works perfectly. thanks anyway to these lists. although i managed to solve the problem on my own this time, everyone has been a huge help in solving my previous problems. it means a lot to me. my website is now just a couple of steps away from being up and running... -- /\ --- Adam Theo --- //\\ Theoretic Solutions (www.Theoretic.com) /____\ Software, Politics, and Advocacy /--||--\ email: [EMAIL PROTECTED] AIM: Adam Theo 2000 || jabber: [EMAIL PROTECTED] ICQ: 3617306 || "Did you ever get the feeling the world was a tuxedo, || and you were a pair of brown shoes?"
