Well, it would be if we had more help. :) I'm a major developer on Reefknot,
though I've been preciously short of time lately. You want to look at
Net::ICal, available on CPAN. It speaks the iCalendar (RFC2445) protocol,
which is what existing calendar software (Evolution, Lotus Notes, Outlook/
Exchange) speaks under the hood. I've heard stories of people using Net::ICal
to integrate with Exchange, but I haven't yet seen an open implementation.
(I'd love to, though.) Once we get Net::ICal finished off somewhat better,
we'll be doing much more work on web interfaces.

I'd also recommend reading the "iCalendar Bootstrap Guide" available on the
Reefknot site; it's a good introduction to RFC2445 and to what our
long-term plans for group calendaring and scheduling are.
In general, we want to make calendar tools that let you have pluggable
storage, authentication, and interfaces, and as far as I'm concerned, TT2
is one of the best tools for HTML and text interfaces.
