I use hostforweb.com. They are relatively inexpensive and provide a large set of Perl modules and MySQL. Best of all they respond very rapidly to requests for new Perl modules. I asked them to install TT and it was up within 12 hours.
Another positive, they will also provide shell (SSH) access on request.
