[Templates] upgrading from Toolkit-2.0.6 to 2.10

hi,   i did the following on Template-Toolkit-2.10:   1. perl Makefile.PL 2. make test 3. make install   How do i know if system has swapped over to 2.10 and not still using 2.06.   I was using Bugzilla's checksetup.pl and it indicated i am still using 2.06 version.   Regards, Tony
