I may have asked a question that could only be answered by having the
badger book in front of you.  In the Ch11 example, the META structure
is defined in each template.  It is meta information about the page. 
But there is also a site file that configures even higher-level
information.  I'm going to try Andy's suggestion tonight.

Anyway, once I started having trouble, I became eager to understand
better and your advice has been very informative and I appreciate it.
