[Templates] TT2 quick reference card

I have recently been putting refcards.com together again after moving to 
a new web space providor, and have dusted down the template toolkit 
quick reference card that I had started quite a while ago.  The card can 
be found at

It still needs some work to finish it off, so any suggestions on how to 
fill the remaining space on the card, or corrections gratefully received.
