Hi, I have tried to use the uri and html filters to replace the strings sent by a form in order to replace the space with %20, the "+" with %2B, and I don't want to forget escaping some characters that need to be appear in an URL.
The problem is that html or uri filters don't replace + with %2B. Do I need to replace this character manually? Are there other filters that might do that? Are there other characters I need to replace manually? Thank you.
