OK, I've got the module and added perldocs, but haven't put in any tests
other than the basic module-load test. I could put it in as a 0.01 with
a TODO to add the tests, or wait until I've put some tests in (which
would be a couple weeks out as I'm in a busy phase at work right now). I
figure it's probably useful enough as it is; real tests would have to be
optional anyway because they'd require additional modules to set up a
mock web server, etc.
