I can see Template-GD and Template-XML with CPAN, but
not your Template-DBI; I think this is because
Template::Plugin::DBI is registered to Simon Matthews,
so perhaps you need to be made a co-maintainer of this?
It would be nice to have the ::Plugin:: moniker for plugins into
Template-Toolkit (i.e. Template::Plugin::Latex, Template::Plugin::GD).
