Let's not get into this debate. It never ends with everyone satisfied. Setting the Reply-To to go to the list is, of course completely broken behaviour. However so many mailing lists implement this behaviour currently that people have become blind to its brokenness and have come to expect it. It's Andy's list, so it's up to him how he sets it up.
