[email protected]:

I'm a Perl coder who wants to gain a good understanding of current (3Q
2009) web presentation technologies (HTML, CSS, DOM, other?), both to
step up my game and to collaborate more effectively with graphic
artists/ web designers.

I am already aware of:

    http://www.w3.org/

    http://www.w3schools.com/

I already own these books:

1. Thomas A. Power and Dan Whitworth, 1998, "HTML Programmer's
Reference", Osborne, ISBN 0-07-882559-8.

2. Jennifer Niederst, 1999, "Web Design in a Nutshell", O'Reilly, ISBN
1-56592-515-7.

3. Darren Chamberlain, David Cross, and Andy Wardly, 2004, "Perl
Template Toolkit", O'Reilly, ISBN 0-596-00476-1.

Any suggestions?

TIA,

David
