Problem solved - apparently the latest version requires that files to be copied also need to be added to the 'accept' list;
copy = \.(abc|pdf|png|gif|jpg|mid|midi|mp3)$ accept = \.(html|tt2|tt|abc|pdf|png|gif|jpg|mid|midi|mp3)$ I worked this out by hacking the ttree.bat file to see what files were making it to the copy test sequence (added a print line) - all the .tt files were making it, but none of the files with extensions in the copy list. I took a gamble to see if adding them to the accept list, and then they made it. I then tried removing the accept list (my config file says 'by default, everything not ignored or copied is accepted'), just to see if that was the issue - it wasn't, and so the accept list seems to require the addition.
