Dave,

I wouldn’t say this is a known issue, but I have seen this happen extremely
rarely, on the order of once in a few years.

The issue is likely due to some memory corruption and the pointer to @APPFILE
has been lost.

It might be interesting to see if there was an error logged in events.log
before the issue started occurring.

If it does occur repetitively, please bring it to my attention again.

Robert

Subject: TeraScript-Talk: Question - <@appfile> not evaluating

Last week we had issues where the <@appfile> metatag would not evaluate. For
example, this:

<a href=”<@appfile>?<@userreferenceargument>”>link</a>

Rendered as this to the end user:

<a
href=”<@appfile>?_UserReference=7F00000147016CC29F032754E7E157CEFAF3”>link</a>

Restarting the services seemed to fix it.

I’m not sure I’d ever seen that before. We’re upgrading to the latest version
in a couple weeks; but is this a known issue?
