Can you confirm if it works for you?
Than I run:
/usr/local/bin/tesseract eurotext.tif output2
It will produce error message:
Tesseract Open Source OCR Engine with Leptonica
Warning in pixReadStreamTiff: tiff page 1 not found
Error in pixReadTiff: pix not read
But also output (output2.txt) :-[
