Yes, you can. Only the "tesseract.exe" and "liblept168d.dll" files are
necessary. Also create a subdirectory named "tessdata" and place in
there all language files you need. For mere recognition, that's
enough. If you'd like to train, you'll need also some "config" files.
In this case you have to carefully read the Wiki, though.
