Leptonica 1.69 is *NOT* officially supported on Windows. Dan told me
it was a Linux-only quick and dirty release so it never went through
the arduous Windows release process (it took us about 1+ month of
continually testing changes to get 1.68 out the door).

In 1.68 allheaders.h includes leptprotos.h. If you want to *NOT*
follow directions then you need to stop complaining when things don't
work as easily as you expect.
