Cygwin has its own imagemagick packages, which will have to be
installed (they can be selected from the cygwin install program.)

Once it's installed, open a cygwin bash prompt; make sure rxvt is
installed by cygwin, and there should be a shortcut for that in the
start menu.

When you're in the bash prompt, you can run the below commands. By
which I mean the ones starting 'cc' and './lazytrain'.

But yes, if you need more assistance, somebody other than me would
be better placed to give it ;)
