Thanks Nick. I did this:
svn checkout *http*://tesseract-ocr.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/ tesseract-ocr-read-only ... which retrieved rev 855. I am left wondering what the next best step is. Should I remove v3.02.02 before building? Is there a suggested recipe for patching/updating in this way? I gather svn is well used version control system, but I am new to it. Is there a series of steps delineated somewhere that I can/should follow?
