Are you referring to the ISRI ground truth & image files from https://code.google.com/p/isri-ocr-evaluation-tools/ ? The downloads section has all that that project has ever released there, as far as I know. The UNLV/ISRI project doesn't seem to exist any more, so I doubt it'll be easy to find more than what's on google code.
