Hi! Great! Exactly what I was looking for to autorotate scans for conversion and ocr-ing!
I used the current rev687, and it works with it, too. I only need the -psm 0-Option, which just tells me the orientation. I get the orientation, but also an error message : tesseract test.ppm stout -l deu -psm 0 leads to Tesseract Open Source OCR Engine v3.02.03 with Leptonica orientation 2 Error during processing. Any ideas to the causes? It doesn't seem do to any further harm, and I get the information I need to rotate the scans (using convert/mogrify) , but I'm curious. So thank you so much for figuring this out! hank -- -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "tesseract-ocr" group.
