ok.
I've got the email going now.
the only problem is that it doesn't check
to not send itself it everything went OK.

I'll start spamming it out over the weekend
..

how frequently do you thing it should be going out?

In httpd-test, this is all hidden within Term::ANSIColor, which gets
called from Apache::TestTrace...

colors can be turned off now with:
$ENV{APACHE_TEST_NO_COLOR} = 1;
