I suspect you have a broken installation of RH6.2. In my last message I reported that RH7.1 has /usr/include/linux/limits.h. It turns out I have a long forgotten RH6.2 box, and I'm happy to report that it also has the same file defining PATH_MAX. Please check your distribution. -aaron
