This patch is an addition to previous patch that fixed segfault with bad urls. This time it looks like we are catching anything that might possible be wrong with URL. To make things a bit easy there's badurls-test.xml file included. You can test this patch (as well as previous one) to see ho it behaves. As usual -- this baby needs RBC (Review/Bless/Commit). Especially review and especially in what I do with user:[EMAIL PROTECTED] style URLs. If there are objections, we can simply remove that if() block.
