In the SSL proxy tests, the configurations for proxy_http_https and proxy_https_https are somewhat different (aside from the fact that one has SSLEngine on!) Is there any reason for this? I'm seeing test failures (ssl/proxy 113-117) if I don't uncomment the SSLProxyMachineCertificateFile directive.
