make test: all tests passed under:

        5.8.6/apache 1.3.33 win32
        5.6.1/apache 1.3.31 FreeBSD 4.11-STABLE

I won't have a chance to make test or integration test it under my mods that use A-T until late this evening. Those setups will include:

        5.6.1/apache 1.3.33 win32
        5.8.4/apache 1.3.33 win32
        5.8.6/apache 1.3.33 FreeBSD 5.3-STABLE
