revision 330346 broke all.t handling, mostly due to a misunderstanding
of which $_ was being checked where. so
o partially revert the prior change, using $_ where required in grep()
o add all.t tests so nobody breaks it again
note that there are two all.t files being added, since a prior all.t
iteration corrected the situation where only one all.t test was
allowed to be processed per test run
oops, sorry about that, Geoff. It's good that you've added the test, since
the existing tests have passed for me when I've committed that. Thanks for
fixing that.
