I run it to keep up with what's going on. But in order to do this, I
purchased an additional (personal) netbook that just runs rawhide. When
I travel, I will sync down every package and then not touch it for weeks
at a time. I wouldn't recommend running rawhide for day-to-day...there's
just not the focus on consistency and predictability of the experience.
You might prefer to focus on branched stuff, or migrate to XFCE (works
nicely for me).
