'yum search pulse' shows, among many other things, these:

paman.x86_64 : Management tool for PulseAudio
paprefs.x86_64 : Management tool for PulseAudio
pavumeter.x86_64 : Volume meter for PulseAudio

Maybe some of these will do what you desire?
