as 'Software Translation Deadline' is now 2012-09-25 and live installer,
which last tested, not able to logout, which is required to switch
language. with delay we can get more translations (It will also close to
Software translation deadline), get installer working (to test), and
update Test Cases with latest build. Can we change it to 2012-09-20?
