I suspect the overwhelmingly majority of installations are 1-2 disks. I imagine 
the first window showing partitions/volumes and the instruction is: choose at 
least one partition/volume for your Fedora installation, or choose Show More 
Options.

More options can include iSCSI, FCoE, whole disks, whatever.
