I downloaded and tested Fedora-Live-Desktop-x86_64-19-TC3-1.iso and it does not come up graphically for me either - see https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=742695#c19 . Can you verify that that is what you see as well? And could you try it with an install image? (Fedora-19-TC3-x86_64-netinst.iso works for me.)
