I expect these will be cleaned up shortly. The easiest thing is probably to wait a day or two. You can probably use skip_broken to update the vast majority of packages now. The older versions of these packages might pin some libraries that could block a lot of packages from being updated. Another alternative is to run the problem packages before upgrading. But currently that means removing gdm and gnome-shell which is a serious problem if you are using the gnome desktop.
