It might be related to this: http://www.freedesktop.org/software/systemd/man/systemd-gpt-auto-generator.html Since systemd is auto mounting certain partitiontypeguids, they don't need to be in fstab. There are few bugs filed as a result of the ensuing confusion. So it might be new behavior in anaconda 20.25.1 to ignore the request to reuse existing swap by adding it to fstab since it knows systemd is going to use it in any case.
