Hey Adam Sorry for the confusion, what Parth meant is that I am helping him onboard. Although I was too taken aback by Pavlo's response where he talked about (RH employed ) people. Maybe because, we didn't reply to every single introduction mail.

Should you have any issues, feel free to reach out with me. Maybe we don't respond of each of the introduction emails, doesn't mean we are not interested in helping out new contributors. This pretty much solved the confusion.
