I have about 6 man-hours of usage of Fedora 34 WS Beta, and there are no f33 packages on my install.
I did a query, and dnf said that 1721 lines are counted. I do not think I have installed much yet. I assume there are packages that can be removed that I have no use for. That is on my long list of things to learn how to do. I think I will run a sudo dnf rm grub2* and reboot. That is my April Fools Joke. Cheers.
