I noticed that all rawhide kernels are built with debugging mode and may produce issues (slow-down or freeze) . Only rc releases seems to be nodebug.
I'm using kernel 5.13 fc35 release , downloaded in koji repo ,and waiting for 5.14 rc1 for update, probably in kernel-nodebug repo.
