The correct way to install os802B1 is to:

1.  place the files on the USB stick,

2.  power on the laptop and press ESC (top left key) to interrupt boot
process and enter firmware prompt "ok",

3.  type command "copy-nand u:\os802B1.img" and press enter,

4.  wait for command to complete.

Step 2 may fail if the laptop is in secure mode without a developer key.
The symptom is that the "ok" prompt does not appear.

Also, note that the latest Beta of 8.2.2 is os802b5, available from
http://dev.laptop.org/~martin/8.2.2-betas/

Test results on os802B1 are not as interesting as test results on
os802b5, if I understand correctly from Martin.
