These repositories are created by aggregating public_rpms directories of multiple developers. These packages are often fresh from rpmbuild and totally untested on the XO-1. I discussed this with cjb, and he recommended that stable build pin-point packages manually from a stable repository instead. > Also, os13 came with a NetworkManager dated 2009/12/23.
