4 very important considerations going forward:
* Please always test the most recent build (os851 for now) on XO-1.5
and XO-1:

This is very important as many issues have _already_ been solved
in os302 etc.
* Bugs should be logged to http://dev.laptop.org where everybody
should register in the top-right. Register at
http://bugs.sugarlabs.org too.
* Activity Collaboration should be tested ASAP with these 4 Activities:
- Chat
- Write and Pippy (both of these Activities have similar
"textbook" style collaboration)
- Record (shared images & videos you've already taken)

2. For XO-1.0s we have updated the activities and the team
started test execution from the set of preexisting test cases, shared
by the Virtusa Sri Lanka team.
3. There were a couple of observations w.r.t. Record activity
which made the XO-1.0 system hang, so we are investigating further.
Suresh [one of the team member] has emailed the same to the community
last week. We would start using the defect management tool effectively
after our initial round of testing.
4. Training on OS – Not started.
[SRI LANKA] Team:
1. KT for modules is in progress
2. Test Cases design trainings for engineers is done
3. Test Cases execution – Manual and Automation are in progress
4. Automation :
a. learning python and ramping up on sugar
b. Part of the team is ramping up on sugar and sugar bot automation
Please let us know when James Cameron can possibly explain on how to
test Activity Collaboration between XO-1 and XO-1.5, so we would
schedule a meeting accordingly.
