March 22nd is a Thursday.  Is the March 22nd date for Sugar Test Day set in 
stone?  Picking a Thursday is a bit unfortunate because a lot of volunteers 
with experience of Sugar will either be at their jobs or school.  Now if it was 
on a weekend....
