The questions we agreed upon earlier are:
1) Given that the term "testing" is not defined in the
ASCA rule, can you explain what your intents are in
meeting
the April testing date and what testing you have
accomplished to date? If you haven't begun testing yet, what
are you planned
timeframes for internal testing and testing with trading
partners?
2) What order of importance have you assigned to the
transactions? Which ones will be implemented first and
why?
3) What are the implications that you see in testing
from the April 2003 timeframe moving forward in
conjunction with the Privacy Rule deadline?
Everyone involved in session should send Kristin a short bio by
October 4th.
