Well, if people only connected when tests were actually immediately
ready to run then there wouldn't be anyone connected to run the tests
:-) What the message says is true - you do have a browser that we need
to test against, it just may not be at this very second - it may be in
a couple minutes, a few hours, or the next day (depending upon load
and how many clients are connected).
