on SUSE 9.1 on amd64 (x86_64) dvipng doesn't compile:

in dvipng.h this code is bracketed with
# ifndef HAVE_INT64_T
but in dvipng/configure I can't find any test int64_t to set HAVE_INT64_T :-(
