When building teTeX-src-beta-20020825 on a linux machine everything
works fine with
./configure --disable-a4 --prefix=/usr/local/teTeX-2.0
but when doing
./configure --disable-a4 --prefix=/usr/local/teTeX-2.0
--disable-multiplatform

(by the way, shouldn't this be the default...?)

the format "cont-en" fails to get built with the following error:

running `pdfetex -ini -efmt=cont-en -progname=context *cont-en.ini' ...

Error: `pdfetex -ini -efmt=cont-en -progname=context *cont-en.ini' failed

Everything else seems to work fine, doing a diff of the log files
generated in both cases shows nothing except the changed paths for the
binaries.
