I just looked at the Fedora Core 4 source RPM. poxdvi has been replaced by pxdvi. Anyway, poxdvi is a wrapper sh script for poxdvi.bin. The comments at the top of the script are: # This is the xdvi wrapper script for teTeX, version 0.2. # Copyright Thomas Esser, 1998. Permission to distribute under the terms # of the GNU general public license version 2 or later. # This script sets some environment variables to make sure that xdvi's # ressource file in $XDVIINPUTS/xdvi is read by xdvi.bin. # Special care was taken to make this work for old R3, too. Therefore, # we need to modify XAPPLRESDIR. If you are running R4 or later, you # can set XUSERFILESEARCHPATH for user specific application default # files. You cannot use XAPPLRESDIR for user specific application default # files. -- David Chin Public key: http://gallatin.physics.lsa.umich.edu/~dwchin/crypto.html pub 1024D/068CDFFF 2005-07-25 [expires: 2006-07-25] Key fingerprint = 41DA 8C80 4C92 9D4A 0FBE D107 5C34 8CF4 068C DFFF
