Some lex problem on AIX 5.2. Any idea, someone?

I downloaded teTeX vers. 3.0 and tryed to install it at an IBM RS600 F80-7025
server runnung Aix 5.2.
After succesfully run the "configure" I continue with "make world" and 10-15
minutes later I get the following error:

Try using the following: %m Number
make: 1254-004 The error code from the last command is 1.
