Hi I have installed these packages on an AIX workstation: teTeX-src-1.0.7.tar.gz teTeX-texmf-1.0.1.tar.gz teTeX-texmfsrc-1.0.1.tar.gz Now, while I am testing it, this error occured (when I want to preview a TeX-document by xdvi): kpathsea: Running mktexpk --mfmode ljfour --bdpi 600 --mag 1+120/600 --dpi 720 hlcriw8r mktexpk: Running gsftopk hlcriw8r 720 gsftopk(k) version 1.17 Cannot find font file lbh.pfb grep: 0652-033 Cannot open hlcriw8r.log. mktexpk: `gsftopk hlcriw8r 720' failed to make hlcriw8r.720pk. kpathsea: Appending font creation commands to missfont.log. xdvi.bin: Can't find font hlcriw8r.720pk Character(s) will be left blank. in the file psfonts.map (dvips) is the following entry: hlcriw8r LucidaHandwriting-Italic "TeXBase1Encoding ReEncodeFont" <8r.enc <lbh.pfb but the filename data bas (ls-R ) doesn't contain "lbh.pfb". Where can I find it or what else can I do ? Stephan
