That's because swedish hyphenation pattern is not free:

        % Swedish hyphenation patterns.
        %
        % Copyright 1994 by Jan Michael Rynning. All rights reserved.
        % Permission is granted for non-profit use and redistribution.
Ask authors then to use a free license for it...
