You're the author, so you tell us ;-) We noted that you agreed to the
licence change and we're processing it; since there were many of them a
few may have got lost, but we'll rectify that omission soon. The MIT
licence isn't essential for TeX Live, and since the freeze is very soon,
we'd rather focus on that.
