Earlier this week my (defective)hard-drive was accidentally reformatted when our sysop went to make an image on a new drive, due to an unstandard and unchecked SCSI address. No problem, because I'd backed up all my data on a regular basis, right?
Wrong. The last copy of my email backup dates July 24, 2000. At that time I wasn't yet even subscribed to the MuTeX list. As a result, all of my private interactions (including many fixes by Werner) are permanent history. If any of you are able to conveniently locate any messages you have sent to or received from me, please send them.
